1. Receipt of Finished Goods as per FG Note

2. Check for the Quantity of Receipt

3. Update the FG Register and publish the FG stock Daily

4. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

5. Receipt of Proper Dispatch Instruction

6. Arraging the Transporter as per the dispatch instruction

7. Receipt of Packing List

8. Check and verify the SL number before moving the FG for Loading

9. Preperaton of Invoice and Other documents and getting it approved

10. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

11. Track the Shipment till it reaches the Location

12. TO share the dispatch information with Marketing

13. Publish the Pending Order Statement

14. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
