Should have an excellent ability to solve problems using in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. Should be a team player, willing to handle all support requests with courtesy and professionalism.
Should have solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security and should be an expert in one or more of the following:
Computer systems
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Databases
Networks
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The IT / Admin technical expert performs day-to-day maintenance and repairs, including software and computer installations and upgrades, routine automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and technical support for all users and projects of the organization. Providing Onsite Support, Resolving Issues Remotely involving the following:
Ensure all systems have secure connections and perform smoothly to serve the needs of its employees.
Configure and maintain essential operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, system software to meet company objectives.
Configure and maintain internal infrastructure and hardware requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Creating User Accounts, Permissions and Passwords. Performing access control, diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Implementing automated software solutions. Managing software licensing, updates, and patching and in time functioning.
Track Inventory of all devices .Replacing outdated hardware and software components when necessary.
Diagnosing and resolving system issues when they arise. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support.
Ensure that appropriate measures are proactively followed in response to unforeseen issues such as IT downtime or zero-day exploits. Documented these activities and follow a strategic approach, as per organizational policy.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly. Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all con-figurative devices & database
Monitor system health and identify anomalous network behavior, which may include security-sensitive activities such as unauthorized network access and data transfer.
Avert possible cyber-attacks for greater productivity as per company policies and procedures.
Open to work closely with security specialists and engineers within the organization as well as external consultants.
Maintain & Oversee functioning of CCTV Camera , DVR & NVR Configuration and Biometric Configuration
