Focus:
Designs, develops, solves problems, debugs, evaluates, modifies, deploys, and documents software and systems that meet the needs of customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end user applications.

Member of a product engineering or delivery and integration team reporting to a Senior Engineer Manager or Engineering Director.
The position of Engineer I will be a part of a dynamic and growing team within the Global Risk & Compliance Technology organization at American Express. The successful candidate will participate as a member on an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation). The scrum team is responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance, Risk, and Audit domains with hands on configuring in RSA Archer software as well as cutting edge technology to offer the best solution to support the business needs. This colleague will have the ability to Influence team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo and demonstrating risk taking, providing RSA Archer experience, leveraging Business and Technical knowledge and helping to develop and implement business partner strategies on time and within budget.
