The Platform Response Team Lead will also be instrumental in overseeing the programming implementation and testing effort for resolving day to day issues. They will need to be able to identify patterns in issues and communicate them clearly. They are liaison to a U.S. based counterpart to communicate progress and observations in order to maintain delivery and improve the quality of our customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent andor appropriate experience
Experience:
4-7 years experience with system design and development, specifically using asp.net, vb.net, C#, JavaScript, jsonXML, and SQL.
Broad understanding of technologies and data flow.
Experience debugging code as well as processes in order to make iterations as efficient as possible
Strong experience in several technologies, including HTML JavaScript CSS IIS ASP.net Dynamic Web Applications
Skills:
Ability to understand complexity while communicating succinctly
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attentive listening skills
Strong leadership skills; including proactive issue mitigation
Ideal Candidate has polyglot programming experience; abstract problem-solving skills, not just syntax
