Job Responsibilty
Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.
· Handling clients to solve their queries and also sell them residential properties
· Existing client for the Site visits and helping to choose property.
· Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/ventures.
· Conducting events and worksites in various organizations to reach the customers.
· Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats.
· Prospecting clients through mediums such as the Internet, Personal contacts, company Databases.
· Coordinate with the pre-sales team effectively converting leads to business.
· Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
· Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services.
· Transaction management and deal closure.
· Collection of revenue & compilation of Sales reports (MIS).
