Eminence Technology is urgently looking for HR Manager followings are the job Description for the profile:
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct employee onboarding, induction and help organize training & development initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate deployment of policies/processes as well as adherence of the same by employees
Maintains the Employee Attendance and Payroll based software as well as Google sheets for records and creating awareness amongst employees
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Responsible for handling HR Activities by automating attendance, leaves, payroll and HR tasks on cloud based HRMS
Maintaining workforce database
Working with a positive attitude and motivation. Thereby, inculcating the same in other employees
Ensuring proper implementation of Performance Review System
Organizing Employee Engagement Initiatives on regular basis
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Zeal to learn new ways of hiring full time employees and freelancers (Global)
Assisting for Recruitment and Interviews if needed
Requirements :
Proven experience as an HR in IT
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Additional HR training will be a plus
Confident, versatile ready to contribute knowledge and skills

Salary: ₹14,627.00 – ₹49,938.00 per month
