Embassy Group Looking for Production Manager for Events at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

The Production Manager – Events will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of various types of events from conception to completion to ensure objectives are achieved within budget and on time. They will collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful events that exceed expectations and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in event production management
• Experience in budget management, logistics and execution, contract negotiations, vendor management, and risk management
• Understanding of production materials and technicals that are commonly used in events
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
