Position: Unit HR Head

Division: Human Resource

Location: Darib( Rajasthan), Pantnagar( Uttarakhand)

Educational Background: PGDM/ MBA in Human Resource

Work Experience: 10 to 16 Years of experience

Working days: 5 days , 1st & 3rd Sat working, 9AM to 6 PM (approx.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Driving the People Agenda in the business unit and will work closely with the Leadership Team.

 Collaborate with the various Business Partners to create and deliver HR Strategies for business performance delivery.

 Act as an enabler and Builder of Talent by ensuring Right Management at Place (MIP) and bringing People – Business integration to deliver results.

 Strong focus on: Productivity enhancement through headcount and cost rationalization, process automation; Leadership Development; Digitalization and benchmarking of Global Best People Practices. S/He will actively liaise to play a key role in maintaining harmonious relationship with trade union & local communities.

 To drive growth, business innovation and business performance through people metrics.

 Display expertise in digitalization, technology and innovation, benchmarking with best people practices and leveraging analytics.

 Manpower Planning and Deployment as per business requirement.

 Cost parameters achieved against BP and utilization of resources to achieve targets.

 Productivity & cost optimization in all HR process

 Compliance of statutory compliances & safety in department

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
