Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Emaar located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Salary – 30% hike from last package or 4.5 LPA, whichever is lower
  • 5 days working. Rotational weekoffs.
