We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team.

Manage all front office operations, ensuring that the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.

Greet guests upon arrival, process check-ins and check-outs, and provide assistance with room assignments and special requests.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt attention to guest needs and room readiness.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

Manage reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Oversee cash handling, billing, and payment procedures, and maintain accurate financial records.

Train, supervise, and support front office team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in guest experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role at a luxury hotel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds

Proficiency in using computers, reservation systems, and general office equipment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
