2. Order Verification: Verify customer orders accurately to ensure they align with their preferences, specifications, and payment details. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
3. Product Installation Guidance: Assist customers in the installation of furniture products, providing step-by-step guidance, virtual demos, and troubleshooting tips to ensure a smooth and hassle-free installation process.
4. B2B and B2C Support: Handle customer support inquiries from both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored assistance accordingly.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Keep track of ongoing issues and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Prepare daily s summarizing customer service activities and trends for review by superiors.
7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s product offerings, features, and specifications to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and installation requirements.
8. Communication: Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as sales, logistics, and product development, to address customer concerns and provide relevant feedback.
9. Customer Feedback: Actively gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help improve products and services. Share this feedback with relevant departments for product enhancement.
