Full Job DescriptionOverview

Elevate is hiring a Tech Lead to join our IT Services team. As a Tech Lead / Sr. Developer you will be working with the Onshore team to understand the project requirement and contribute to technical design, development and delivery.
You will be responsible for developing applications using Drupal 7/8/9, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS/ React / Vue.js, AWS, GIT, Dockers etc.
You will be interacting with the client’s Product Management team based out of Australia for explaining the new features which you would have developed and for addressing any issues which they would like to report.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.Design, code and modify websites, from layout to function and in accordance with stakeholder specificationsCommunicate with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver against requirementsPlan and deliver software platforms used across multiple products and business unitsBe innovative and creative and constantly look to improve and develop the environment – both new and oldWork with product team to assess current design and communicate ideas through mock-ups, wireframes and interactive prototypesOptimize navigation, page layout and calls to action to increase content engagement and conversions
Work with product team to structure and set goals for experiments on homepages, feature pages and landing pages

Skills for success

Excellent programming skills with good exposure to UI development frameworks and web application design and architectureHave expertise and hands on experience with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingA creative thinker with an innovative approach to problem solving which is result driven rather than process drivenThrive as a team player in a dynamic, fast moving development environmentCan successfully multi-task and prioritize activities to meet client expectationsClearly document changes, problems, investigations, and communication
Software proficiency

Experience
Minimum software development experience of 5 to 7 yearsMinimum technical team handling experience 2 to 3 yearsExperience working with system implementation and driving transformation projectsFamiliar with general IT infrastructure including hardware, databases, operating systemsand networksExperience working in a global team, collaborating effectively with clear communication
Possess strong understanding on UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions
and standards

Qualification
BE / BTech/BCA/MCA/Computer Science or equivalent
