Job description

• Should have min 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment .
• Should have worked for Sate client and federal Client
• Well experienced with ATS, Job Boards, Linkdin
• Should have his/her own data base for W2 or C2C candidates
• Should have experience of VMS portals ( State)

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR database
• Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills

Computer science as educational background

Remote Work , Should be able to coordinate with team and management well

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,504.77 – ₹40,504.77 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
