Manage the designing and conduction of trainings and workshops on Assessment processes, Question making, understanding results, s, evaluator trainings, post analysis workshops etc. for projects.
Design workshops on assessment architecture design and assessment item writing in various
subjects in coordination with assessment experts and subject experts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content Development, Pedagogical Research, Assessments, etc.) and partner organizations (assessment vendors, experts, etc.) to deliver high-quality capacity-building collaterals.
Create strategies and action plans to build and improve the structure that is able to quickly adapt and customize capacity building programs as per the requirement.
Manage regular engagement with key stakeholders for assessments and/or regulatory work.
Track key policy developments on Board Examinations and trends at international, national and state levels to contextualise the capacity building as well as support other team members by providing consultative advice to Governments.
Understand the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for projects managed by others.
Support in Creating/Reviewing/ Facilitating high quality assessment tools for projects.
Maintain appropriate documentation for the project.
Support in team’s growth and learning needs.

Education and Experience
Strong understanding of education, instruction, assessments.
Graduate/Post graduate in a relevant field (with a specialisation in education, instructional design)
Certification in a recognized course on training design is a plus.
Candidates with experience in fields relevant to Assessment design and development
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in designing and conducting workshops.
Fluent in written and verbal communication in English.
Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques.
