About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Participating in the process of releasing new application/software – deployment & environment setup 2. Following SOP and technical documentation as required to ensure support 3. Raising tickets with the cloud support team, consulting with cloud SME, TAC for technical challenges and resolution 4. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and updating the internal team about the resolution/status 5. Enabling access to users and the internal team on cloud resources with the help of the cloud team 6. Providing input to the implementation, backup, and roll-back plans 7. Executing changes with approvals 8. Tracking security patch updates on OS level & on middleware platforms 9. Anticipating and addressing potential issues due to environmental parameters changes

Other requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline Should know firewall, VPN, and cloud computing – AWS, Azure & Oracle cloud Should know middleware such as IIS & Apache Tomcat Should be able to work on Windows 2008 & Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Linux – RHEL, and CentOS Should have knowledge of tools like PuTTY, WinSCP, FTP, Wireshark, and VMware
