Job Role:
Handle the entire recruitment & onboarding cycle (including sourcing)Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and/or candidates to help resolve issues and make informed decisionsSupport/lead the rollout of internal programs that are aligned to business strategiesCommunicate effectively with employees, leaders, and other stakeholders to build consensus and produce mutually beneficial outcomesPositively impact culture that maps to the firm’s vision, mission, and valuesManage or/and contribute to local and/or regional programs, initiatives, and projects through effective partnerships with diverse teamsDemonstrate HR expertise through thoughtful decision-making and maintaining the confidentialityContribute to a corporate culture that encourages entrepreneurial spirit in others. Be willing to try new things, take reasonable risks and contribute to projectsSupport regional HR leaders with additional projects, as requestedAdapt well and respond positively to changing circumstances
Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailUnderstanding of applicable employment laws and experience managing employee relations situationsA ‘Can do attitude’, result-oriented, and resourceful mindsetExperience overseeing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word & Excel
