Responsibilities –
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activitiesCreating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
. Using customized screening techniques for key positions, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
. Effectively gauge candidate interest, personality, attitude, cultural fitment and career aspirations using effective probing techniques
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experiencePartnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their BUsManaging end-to-end recruitment for senior rolesIdentifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are metDefining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfactionDefining and leading projects focused on continuous improvementManaging a team of 2
