Job Description :

• Candidates should possess a degree or diploma (no arrears while applying for this job)




• At least 6 months of experience in international or domestic email / mobile chat experience is required in a BPO organization




• Freshers shall also apply




• Good communication skills with efficient response behaviour a must




• Willing to work in night shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and responding to clinician queries in the patient groups assigned
• Communicating with the clinicians on patient related updates
• Coordinating with clinicians if any additional disciplines are required for patients
• Inform and remind clinicians to make sure labs prescribed to patients are carried out on time.
• Follow up with clinicians on visits confirmation
• Clinician visit plotting as per frequency provided by clinicians
• Obtain clinician visit authorization from authorities concerned.
• Initiate discussions with clinicians when needed
• Report escalations to Team Leads on real-time basis.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
