Full Job DescriptionServiceNow is currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to support our global purchasing (indirect) operations based out of Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will work in coordination with the Supplier/ Supplier Onboarding Team, Business, Contract Management, Legal and Risk team(s).As a part of procurement team, you will connect all teams involved in the procurement process ensuring it is as efficient and cost effective as possible.What you get to do in this role: Support the Requisition to PO process, contracts negotiation/execution, Supplier selection and assist with onboarding.Perform all aspects of the procurement process; including negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms with Suppliers, when appropriate.Resolve procedural, operational, and other work-related problems, such as: contract compliance and negotiation issues by coordinating with different teams.Drive performance and value through suppliers by conducting on-spot negotiations, RFQs, RFPs, as appropriate.Draft, negotiate and execute contracts in close collaboration with legal and stakeholders.Ensure compliance according to the Procure to Pay policies, SOX Controls, and guidelines while executing responsibilities.Work with internal development teams on implementation of any new features and enhancements.Work on process documentation and standardization.Lead/Support adhoc or strategic projects for procurement.Administrative activities, as required.QualificationsWhat we are looking for: An energetic and ambitious procurement professional with 10+ years of experience working in a rapid growth company, preferably in a software domain.The candidate should be flexible to work independently with minimal guidance in a team environment.Should be comfortable with driving change across a global company.Ability to read complex situations and be proactive in solutions.Demonstrate influencing and change management skills. Excellent follow-up and communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.Manage variation in volumes.Experience in handling diverse categories – IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, Contingent workforce, etc.Work effectively across time zones with key stakeholders based across geographies.Working knowledge of SAP or other Tier I ERP systems.Advanced knowledge on reviewing/drafting procurement contracts.Analyze data to prepare reports for leadership Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.Critical thinking, a must.A record of continuous process improvement.An ability to prioritize, assess, and determine the status of issues.FD21Additional InformationServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
