To improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by finding the customer’s needs and selling our products, goods, and services to customers.
We are looking for a passionate and successful Senior Executive – Sales specialist who will help us drive revenue by making offline sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To build key business opportunities negotiates and closes business deals.
Take orders from customers by providing product and service information.
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Chatting with the customers on Chat window and Whatsapp.
Checking the management and planning for sales against it.
High-level focus on achieving targets and ability to work under pressure.
A systematic approach to maintaining long lists of databases and ensuring regular follow-ups
Requirements
Skills required:
Should have Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Power, and negotiation skills
A good understanding of the Educational Industry
Work on sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work well with a team.
Up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
Tracking record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Passion for sales and prior experience in sales with proven results.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in B2B, B2C,
preferred candidates from Thanjavur.
Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory, and additional languages are an added advantage.
