The Role: Come and be a part of a Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about delivering a best in class recruiting experience! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is at the heart of the engine that creates a positive candidate experience and helps to drive recruiting results. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-touch and best-in-class service to candidates throughout their entire interviewing experience and build collaborative relationships with Talent Advisors, Hiring Leaders, People & Finance Business Partners and Executive Assistants to help execute the candidate experience. • Facilitate a positive candidate experience by scheduling interviews; coordinating logistics, greeting candidates and being point of contact throughout their visit. • Work cross functionally to back-up Onboarding Coordinator and assist with broader People Team ad-hoc projects and initiatives. • Provide administrative support throughout process including data entry and management of candidate flow in Workday. • Briefing candidates before and after interviews and on documentation as required • End to End Candidate Management • MIS and reporting • Maintaining and developing database for current and future requirements • Timely vendor payments • MIS and reporting Key Requirements: • On your resume we will see a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role. • You are customer service oriented with a professional demeanor and are comfortable communicating and interacting with all levels of stakeholders in a confident manner. • You are incredibly organized, detail oriented and can execute on simultaneous projects with a sense of urgency and ease. • You like to be empowered and can work autonomously with limited direction and enjoy taking initiative. • You are very comfortable working with technology. Experience working within an applicant tracking system is required. Workday experience is preferred. • You can gain the confidence of the team with your strong business ethics and ability to work in a confidential environment.
