Full Job DescriptionThe Salesforce Administrator will support the Sales and Marketing Department teams in their use of Salesforce including integrations with third party applications and customers. This position will provide daily functional and technical support to users. This position resides in the Information Systems team working in conjunction with IT/IS technical resources on system configurations.
Responsibilities
User maintenance, including creating and maintaining users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, queues, and licenses
Provide Tier 2 support for production issues, including fixes across platforms
Install and maintain managed packages
Develop and maintain document templates
Develop, manage, and maintain objects, fields, dashboards, reports, and report types
Develop and maintain Apex and Lightning applications
Develop unit tests and ensure that there is sufficient code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality
Participate in developing and defining specifications such as user stories, tasks, and subtasks
Document designs, issues, solutions, and tips & tricks as needed
Experience/ Skill Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Overall exp. should be 3.5 years to 7 years
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Development including Configuration, Lightning Components, Workflow, Triggers Visualforce, Apex coding batch and Flows
Exposure to integration of Salesforce with backend systems synchronous and asynchronous
1-year experience with Web Application Development including Javascript, CSS and HTML
Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational excellence
Efficient in using functionality such as: Process Builder, Data Loader, Management of Custom Apps and Objects.
Salesforce.com Lightning interface experience.
Ability to work independently and to set priorities while managing several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail is essential
