The Global Learning Administrator is responsible for providing the services for the delivery of training programs in each region, considering a pre-defined program portfolio, which for most trainings CoE Talent Development is responsible to establish. To be in this position it is necessary to be aware of the requirements needed to implement training programs, comply with the deadlines for each activity and also have good communication skills as contact person for Program Owner, Tier1 Talent suite learning admin team (L&D Back office team), internal/external providers and training participants. HR HRSS Learning administrator guarantees that the administration of Talent Suite is correctly performed in the back office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as service partner to our customers for trainings; CoE Global Talent Development, CoE Integrated Talent Development Specialist, Business Groups, Service Groups.
Establish annual calendar with internal/external providers
Provide support to BG/BUs as contact person responsible to deliver L&D Programs (logistics, pre-work, materials and any specific requirement); Creation attendance lists, send out attendance list, gather signatures, Type Badges in format of country,
Provide required information to proceed with payments according to pre-defined process with Finance regarding L&D;
Support training participants as contact person
Interact directly with training participants as Tier 2 contact person and Answer incoming mails sent directly to Learning coordinator, with questions like data of programs / modules, cancellations etc
SHE
He/she observes the SHE regulations and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when a dangerous situation occurs.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer and business relations skills to leverage and orchestrate diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency, share insights with colleagues.
Day to day vendor management. i.e., checking new developments, escalations on non-performance, Incident management.
Experience in working in global and virtual teams
Affinity with working on technology and hands on in use of excel and power point.
Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally;
Excellent communication skills, can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus;
