Regional HR Payroll Specialist

What you’ll do
As a Regional HR Payroll Specialist for our HR Shared Services Centre in Hyderabad, you are the main contact for the regional payroll for in India, you will be executing payroll, supporting Statutory and tax reporting for both local and expats. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager in India.

Your key responsibilities
Support regional payroll for India for all entities
Complete end to end life cycle of Payroll activities from hiring to retire activates
Be the SPOC for HR queries for employees and vendors
Primary point for all internal and external audits for all entities
Create SOP and process documents, you will also be handling and administrating data
Support ad-hoc & HR projects and participating in corporate audits

You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or related HR field preferred
3-5 years of proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced multi-national environment required
Strong knowledge of local tax and wage laws
Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
