Documentation, Gate and Weighment operations:

  • Full documentation control of the CFS
  • Sending daily report on time to all our customers & customs
  • Proper scrutinizing the document before providing any service to customer
  • Ensure statutory complaints are met as per customs norms
  • Ensure smooth Gate IN & OUT operations as per the statutory
  • Supervise the weighbridge operations & maintenance.
  • Ensure accuracy of weighment and no disputes
  • Responsible for accuracy of the data captured & documents stored.
  • Ensure all reports or paperwork or contracts are in line with company SOPs.

Customs Coordination:

  • Obtain various trade facilitation approvals from Customs
  • Officer Postings
  • Customs officer Hospitality & postings
  • To obtain required permission for CFS operations
  • Legal and Insurance activities for Chennai CFS’s
  • Bonded warehouse license renewal
  • CFS License renewal
  • Cargo damage insurance follow up
  • Accident Insurance claim
