Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working on maintaining, developing, and implementing employee processes and procedures2. Working on providing ongoing maintenance of employee data and changing workflows across all internal and associated external systems encompassing candidate management, new hire onboarding, and organizational change management3. Working on data/file management processes related to the new hiring and termination process across all related databases for all personnel4. Working on identifying, improving, and automating current processes to improve the management and accessibility of key analytical dataOther Requirements1. An MBA/MA/PGDM in HR/industrial psychology2. Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills3. An ethical mindset4. Knowledge of Google tools5. Must be available to work from 9:30am to 5:30pm. For students pursuing their education the timings are 3 pm to 11 pm.6. Must have a laptop with web cam and mic.7.
