Job Summary
As an Assessor you will be responsible to conduct assessments for batches of trainees for Skill India Projects. These Assessment Projects are very prestigious and require to be conducted by persons with very high Subject Knowledge, Experience and Integrity.
Front Office Management, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, Hotels, Food Production / Kitchen, Guest House/Dharamshala/ Lodge/Hostel Operations/Homestay etc. experience required in relevant field.
Assessments would have to be conducted at different Venues as communicated from time to time. Travel would be required as applicable.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Familiarity with MSDE, NSDC and SSC.
2. In-depth knowledge of the relevant sector and job role.
3. Good operational knowledge of computers and mobile devices (tablets, phones)
4. Good communication skills
5. Conducting a fair and unbiased assessment.
6. Assessment comprises of Theory, Practical and Viva-voice.
7. Collecting and Compiling the answer sheet at the end of the examination as directed by AB.
8. Submitting in time answer sheets with the result along with other relevant documents to AB.
Min 1-2 year experience in assessments
TOA (Training of Assessors)certification will be an added advantage

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification- Diploma in Tourism and hospitality or more than five years experience in relevant fields,
F& B Services experience candidates required, front office associates, Meet and greet officer
