Responsibilities: · Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process.· Carrying out necessary administrative duties· Leading a junior human resource manager.· Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale· Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.· People oriented and results driven· Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.· Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts· Creating and revising job descriptionsRequirements: 1. 5+ years of Experience in human resources or related field.2. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills3. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills4. Degree in Human Resources or related field5. Good & Excellent communication.6.
