Role: Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Number of roles: 10+ across multiple clients.

***Experience: 0 to 10+ years – Training will be provided to Freshers as long as they want to develop a long-term career in Capital Markets domain.

Note: High-performing Analysts might get an opportunity to work onsite in the USA or Canada on a work permit basis, the client will provide employer sponsorship.

Job Summary:

We are seeking multiple Analysts to join our Capital Markets, Trading and Banking team. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial markets, monitoring trading activities, and providing insights that drive decision-making within the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, trading strategies, and banking operations, and possess the ability to analyze complex financial data to support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial market trends, trading volumes, and capital market activities to provide actionable insights to senior management and traders.
• Perform in-depth analysis of capital market instruments such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
• Support trading operations by providing real-time analysis on market conditions, pricing models, and risk management.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets and Banking teams to develop s, dashboards, and performance metrics for portfolio management.
• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making in investment strategies.
• Stay informed on market movements, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may impact trading and capital markets.
• Assist in the development of trading strategies and risk mitigation plans by analyzing historical and real-time data.
• Provide support in the execution of trades and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in capital markets, trading, or financial analysis within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market structures.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and financial software (Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms).
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and forecasting.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trading or investment banking.
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory frameworks in capital markets.
• Familiarity with trading algorithms and electronic trading systems.
• Certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.
