Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT HR Specialist to join our team. As an IT HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the human resources functions within our IT department. You will collaborate with IT managers, team leads, and employees to ensure that our IT team operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with IT managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. ● Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions.
● Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new IT employees.
● Employee Relations:
● Serve as a point of contact for IT employees regarding HR-related matters.
● Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
● Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or issues.
● Performance Management:
● Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management programs. ● Provide guidance to IT managers on performance evaluations and goal setting.
● Support the performance improvement process by developing performance improvement plans and providing coaching to employees.
● Training and Development:
● Identify training needs within the IT department and collaborate with HR and IT managers to develop training programs.
● Coordinate and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance.
● HR Policies and Compliance:
● Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws, regulations, and company policies. ● Update and maintain IT-specific HR policies and procedures.
● Stay up to date with changes in HR practices and employment laws relevant to the IT industry. Payroll

Mandatory Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment.
● Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
● Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the IT industry.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
