This role will manage the overall brand health and in-market performance of Johnnie Walker Black + along with leading the cultural narrative on the brand which includes creation of TM Comms & broader cultural calendar to transform the brand. In service of this, the candidate is required to pull together and inspire an eco-system of external partners and internal cross-functional teams towards delivering NSV, market share, recruitment , brand health targets set for the year. JW is one of Diageo India’s largest brands with 1000 Cr+ NSV with a high growth ambition. The role is accountable for shaping performance of the brand by developing an inspiring Marketing Business plan (MBP) and delivering creative excellence, media first thinking, performance management and championing compliance norms.
Qualification:
Experience: Minimum 8 -9 years’ experience in Marketing with at least 3 years’ experience of working with a lifestyle brand/category
