As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in various digital channels and platforms will be crucial in optimizing our online presence and achieving our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
Create and manage campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, targeting, and optimization for maximum ROI.
Data Analysis and Optimization:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and key conversion points, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.
Implement data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
Paid Advertising:Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, keyword research, and ad copywriting.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting targeting, keywords, and creatives as needed.
Social Media Advertising:Develop and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Leverage audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific demographics and achieve campaign goals.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., focusing on keyword research, bidding, and ad copy optimization.
Collaborate with the SEO team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive online presence.
Analytics and ing:Generate regular s showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
