Roles and responsibilities
Focus on the overall recruitment process by updating the current procedures and implementing new sourcing methods.
Handle all aspects of the HR process in the organization.
Coordinate daily HR tasks and handle them in a timely manner without supervision.
Communicate the HR policies, rules, and regulations effectively & professionally and ensure compliance.
Understand the grievances of employees and take it up with the management to resolve issues.
Play an integral part of the training, internship, and other related activities.
Coordinate employee appraisals and promotions.
Conduct employee engagement activities to create a positive and fun-filled work atmosphere.
Maintain, prepare and update HR portal, and other official documents and sheets.
