Your key responsibilities
The QA & Testing Manager will define and manage teams, testing strategies, plans and deliverables related to testing within specific applications and programmes of work on a global basis.
The QA & Testing Manager will manage and drive the adoption of recognised best practice and policy and contribute to the ongoing improvement of methodologies and assets.
The QA & Testing Manager will manage and be accountable for the functional and non-functional testing of one or more applications.
Perform E2E test management and governance tasks.
Work with the testing team to develop testing strategies ,plans and deliverables related to sub-domain applicaitons.
Expert in specific areas of the testing process such as test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning.
Provides hands on participation and oversight of testing activities tasks and resources needed to ensure the testing process meets software requirements prior to release into a live environment.

Domain specific skills:
Desirable are one or more of the following subject areas:
Expertise in banking domain. Experitse in testing both manual and automation. Experience in setting up DevOps CI/CD pipeline considering testing perspective. Experience in dynamic working environment and international/global/vitural teams.

Relevant years of professional experience as QA test manager. Broad and profound understanding of test strategies,test infrastructure set up and overall test management. Sound knowledge of technologies like Hadoop,Mainframes ,DB2,Oracle,Middleware technologies like JAVA,.NET. Hands on experience in core test tools and processes like HP ALM,JIRA,Selenium.
People skills:
