Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical team, providing guidance, support, and expertise in all mechanical aspects of the Renewable Energy plant
• Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of all mechanical equipment and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving mechanical efficiency, reliability, and sustainability
• Manage mechanical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the mechanical operations
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term mechanical strategies aligned with the overall business objectives

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18-25 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and successful project management
• Proven experience in the Renewable Energy industry is essential
