Operations Manager/ Ecom Supply Chain Management

Overview:

We are building a home decor company to help young adults enhance and enjoy their personal space. To achieve this goal, we are on the lookout for an operations manager who can see our distribution and shipping network. The candidate will be responsible for the entire supply chain management from the arrival of the product into our warehouse to managing the shipment to the customer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on the products arriving at our warehouse.
• Assemble the products after QC’s and assure they are kept in a safe & secure place as per the shelving plan.
• Source the packaging material by contacting the suppliers, negotiating the price, and ensuring smooth delivery of the materials.
• Manage the distribution team and guide them through the operations process of safely warehousing the products, packaging them, and shipping them to the consumers.
• Using appropriate supply chain software to track and manage inventory and orders whilst keeping an updated list of suppliers.
• Handling shipping and product fulfillment that involves appropriate labels and invoices placed before its handed to our logistics partner
• Manage customer service with an uplifting and helpful attitude so as to assist any distressed shopper and retain their loyalty in the future.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
