Description
The professional is offered the opportunity to join the Global Tax & Legal Learning team in the full-time role of Analyst – Digital Learning Development Specialist for Global Tax & Legal.
The right person is offered an excellent opportunity to develop further in a hands-on, globally strategic learning and development role, working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, business focused environment.
This role will support the Global Tax & Legal Digital strategic initiative. Various work streams of this initiative demand the creation of an increased volume of digital learning for our people, in order to increase access & reach of our curriculum, support the roll out of new tax & legal technologies to our clients and to help our people adapt to working in a digital enterprise. In addition, the role will support the development of digital learning to support the technical curriculum for each of our 10 Global Tax & Legal service lines.

Consulting with learning managers/senior managers and other stakeholders to shape content and obtain their review and approval of digital learning assets
Hands on development of a variety of digital learning assets using digital learning tools
Managing digital projects and driving digital learning content to completion
Using the evaluation of learners’ experiences and outcomes to employ design improvements
