Skills required
Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding on Quality concepts, with 4-5 years of hands on experience in facilitating and auditing projects/services
Involved in SEPG activities – Process definition, implementation and improvement
Good knowledge on various lifecycles, methodologies and technologies
Well aware of Application and Infrastructure service life cycle and ITIL
Knowledge on metrics and good analytical skills
Have implementation knowledge on standards like CMMI & ISO (20000, 9001) and participated in external audits
Responsibilities
Candidate will be playing a role of quality assurance team member involved in process definition and facilitation
Responsible for preparing projects/teams for various external audits
Perform regular quality checks, metrics reviews and identify areas of improvement at organization and project level
Plan and execute periodic audits, consolidate and analyse the findings. Share audit summary with senior management
Other requirements:
Candidate should have in depth knowledge on industry standards like CMMI Dev & CMMI SVC Level 5, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001
Good hands on experience in process definition in line with above mentioned standards
Have knowledge on various technologies (ERP and Non ERP) and life cycles (Application development and Maintenance)
Ability to prepare projects/teams with defined process and prepare them for external audits
