USI Delivery Centre – Knowledge Services Senior Analyst – Culture Transformation, Practitioner Engagement
About the team
The Culture Transformation (CT) Program within the KS Practitioner Engagement team identifies priority knowledge-sharing behaviors to be propagated throughout Deloitte, to transform our knowledge sharing culture. Working closely with representatives from CoRe Member Firms, the program seeks to develop targeted approaches to achieve this transformation, through a variety of mechanisms including leadership advocacy, compliance, performance management,rewards, and recognition, learning and building awareness.
As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with the program lead (based in the United Kingdom) and report into Practitioner Engagement lead.
Key responsibilities:
Support aspects of the deployment of the knowledge sharing culture initiatives. Bring innovative approaches and tools to raise culture awareness within the organization.Deliver and maintain the reward and recognition program to formally recognize desired/expected knowledge sharing behaviors. Research trends and share best practices across various service lines.Work on activities to embed, track and report on knowledge contributions as part of engagement management processes (e.g., project start-up, project close-out). Convert stakeholder necessities into statistics and insights.Develop a good understand of various significant programs and provision the accurate dispersal of information.Contribute to building executive summaries and inferences for campaigns and survey roll outs.Synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations.Prepare, export, and clean up data for distribution to Deloitte member firms and business leaders via various channels.Track the integration of knowledge sharing language into Global Talent Standards and other performance-related activities.Maintain program sites, including annual review and update of criteria and FAQs.Prepare data, track and reports to support Strategic relation leaders, KS leadership, and Business CKOs leadership, culture conversations as needed.Assist in tracking behaviors progress across Deloitte member firms, including deployment and adoption of awareness and learning materials.Support gathering, uploading, and organizing success stories and testimonials that showcase expected behaviors.Provide input to assist with continual process and procedures improvement, then document of same.Maintain knowledge and learning contacts on relationship tools as needed.Able to build productive working relationships with stakeholders across business areas, member firms and geographies.

? Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent listening, oral and written communications skills, including well developed presentation and facilitation skills.
? Proficient in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
? Demonstrates excellent professional presence and business acumen.
? Ability to cope with the problems that need to be solved, the decisions that need to be made, and the risks that need to be mitigated.
? Understanding of Knowledge management adoption techniques, developing and managing key stakeholder relationships, and determining realistic success measures.
? Understanding of Knowledge transfer methodologies, such as communities, social media tools, expertise recognition and connection, storytelling, and success stories.
? Understanding of Knowledge management technologies, including SharePoint, website usability, databases & repositories, metrics reporting & analytics.
? Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau is preferred.
Qualifications:
PGDM/MBA with 4-6 years relevant experience in Knowledge Management, Management Information Systems, Library/Information Sciences, Marketing or Communications, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or related fields
Work location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
