ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with senior management for crafting the organization’s vision and strategyDeveloping strategic HR policies and plans (e.g. recruitment, compensation, training etc.)Hiring, guiding and evaluating the performance of HR ExecutivesReporting performance to the CEO by using KPIs and business metricsAnalyzing the success of HR operationsEnsuring all procedures are in compliance with legal regulationsRe-engineering processes for ensuring maximum efficiencyAssuming responsibility for employee/labor relations with the managementTaking initiatives for ensuring equality in the work environment.RequirementsAt least a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant fieldRelevant certification (e.g. SPHR/PHR) is a plusPrior experience as a VP of HRExperience in planning, developing and implementing effective HR strategiesExperience with ERP software (e.g. SAP) and MS Office, especially ExcelSound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management etc.)Sound knowledge of all labor laws and regulationsExcellent leadership and management qualitiesStrong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skillsExceptional time-management and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹21,463.00 – ₹96,864.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)
