A link between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support & manages order fulfillment.
Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve. Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
Facilitates product and sales information flow & drives sales operations process improvements.
Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
Participates in process improvement programs cross-functionally

Minimum 6-8 years of experience, with relevant experience preferred in the following categories – Reverse Logistics, Reverse Supply Chain, and Secondary Market, etc., along with experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Sales Operations Management, Operations Service Delivery, and working in global, complex, ‘matrixed organizations
Exceptional communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Thrives in a diverse environment and is optimized to achieve team goals and ability to check information and draw accurate conclusions
Additional preference would be given for candidates with Sales/Marketing skills (Online and/or Offline), Global Business experience, and familiarity with Dell (and Dell Outlet) systems and tools, and P&L Management in general.
Bachelor’s degree MBA Preferred.
Experience in the Reverse Logistics / Reverse Supply Chain / Secondary Market / Analytics would be much preferred
