HR Generalist, Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve
Partner with other HR teams to ensure ‘One HR’ for all escalated /complex issues and queries. Proactively focus on developing solutions and self-service. Identify possible new solutions for inclusion in the solutions library and make recommendations to the Knowledge Management team. Develop deeper understanding of the key metrics to drive process improvements, greater customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.Opportunity to engage and lead several Country/regional/global projects/initiatives
You will:
Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels.
Participate /drive simplification projects leading to efficiency in TMSD operations and team member experience.
Actively drive key HR programs & Be the SPOC to disseminate information pertaining to the program, drive solutions, partner with TMSD team and all stakeholders
Review key metrics and other data points regularly to understand the trends and proactively work with all HR functions for possible solutions / corrective actions/ changes in process or policies
Actively participate in critical meetings like Global technology forum/ TMSD huddle/ other forums and team meetings

Essential Requirements
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes, experience in one or two HR COE will be an added advantage.
Excellent customer service-oriented approach along with advisory, counseling, analytical, research and problem-solving skills (ability to deep dive and end to end solutioning).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to navigate, effectively use and guide Workday and ServiceNow functionalities.
Good project management skills.
Desirable Requirements
Local and remote networking skills
Exposure to independently managing employee relations cases will be an added advantage
