Vendor Management – Ensure availability of HC at facility
2. Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring (TAT, Sources, Cost & Quality of Hire, Diversity)
3. Identify and Analyze hiring gaps and design guidelines to get desired quality and cost, monitor and execute metric-based change requirements
4. Formulate and lead site-specific talent retention plans
5. Ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized
