Full Job Description
o Partner with Site / Area / Zonal leadership to build people management strategies
o Identify and provide insights on people trends, barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business for the Area of Responsibility
o Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring contractual as well as frontline supervisory staff (TAT, Sources, Cost & Quality of Hire, Diversity)
o Identify and Analyze hiring gaps and design guidelines to get desired quality and cost, monitor and execute metric-based change requirements
o Formulate and lead site-specific talent retention plans o Drive and ensure creation and maintenance of, and adherence to, shift rosters
o Ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized as per the guidelines of the central HR teams
o Identify capability issues and partner with Delhivery Academy and site leadership to get these addressed o Manage site-level employee grievances w.r.t. attendance / leaves / salaries etc
