Delhivery Looking for Senior Manager – Operations at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

Job Description:

Specific day to day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

1. Plan, coordinate, and implement operations for FTL (Full Truck Load) business.
2. You need to ensure that the vehicles are being guided and tracked on time by team/implants.
3. Vehicle quality audit to be done.
4. Real time auto-tracking for all the vehicles
5. You need to cross check the documents received and should be valid for movement of the vehicle.
6. Implants cost to be checked bi-weekly.
7. You need to ensure that the team is updating exceptions on a real time basis for any issues.
8. Improve FM Operations Productivity
9. Ensure manpower planning to be done timely and aligned within a dedicated time frame.
10. Work with the tech team to add new features in overall daily working for better performance of the team.
11. Manage large teams and have an innovative, transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs.
12. Review & operations performance from time to time.
13. Keeping the transaction pendency to the minimum, ensuring effective and timely closure.
14. Conduct process and training for the team members.
15. This will be a team handling role
16. It is a 6day working (WFO) role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / MBA
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams.
• Intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the why, what & how.
• Strong number crunching and quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Must know English, Hindi. Additional south languages will be preferable- Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil

Experience:

• 5+ years of work experience in Operations handling teams preferably in Logistics, but open to other industries as well with similar expertise
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
