Urgent hiring for KAM Role – Bangalore
1. Identifying opportunities in the Ecommerce or D2C markets for Delhivery’s products and services
2. Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking through LinkedIn
3. Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
4.Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors
5. Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs. Liasioning with the Planning Engg and Tech team to bridge the Client needs
6. Following up with new leads and referrals generated from Delhivery’s Leadership Team
7. Preparing status s on goals
8. Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions. Need to have good business acumen.
Candidates with experience in the logistics industry are preferred.
