Education: MBA in Marketing with 5 + yrs relevent experience in Education Industry
1. To develop financial strategies for marketing, branding, and admission by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances: aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring, and analyzing results.
2. Responsible for fast updates on all social media platforms and develop opportunities for tapping potential applicants.
3. To increase the number of applications significantly the sanctioned intake.
4. Operating as an effective & proactive member of brand building and communication.
5. To monitor, guide and conducting various events for creating visibility and admission generation in different location such as education fairs, campus ambassador programs, media activities, institute connect programs and ATL/BTL marketing activities.
6. To critically monitor the CRM for proper integration of leads from various sources.
7. Responsible for maintaining & developing organizational relationships with media PR agencies and related stakeholders.
8. Responsible for outreach activities, student engagement and lead generation related activities on and off campus.
9. Create attractive and meaningful presentations to enhance institution’s visibility such as association with education portals.
10. Manage the institute presentation and reputation in the media and other communication channels, building brand awareness, and deliver advertising and communications activities which support student’s recruitment.
11. Any other assignment assigned by Director or Management.
Desirable Skills:
Thorough understanding of CRM software. Detailed understanding of online marketing tools.Well networked with various academic consultancy agencies. Good written communication skills.
