Job Description
Manage creation of all marketing and sales assets at Datazymes and set the overall brand guidelines for the company.
Creative/art director vision and execution skills
Ability to craft design strategy for a new brand based on brand values and positioning
Ability to create marketing and sales collateral such as banners, mailers, white papers, ebooks, sales decks, flyers, infographics
Ability to create brand templates for sales decks, word documents
Ability to create brand style guideline document
Manage a team of designers in the near future
Manage a weekly design calendar with clear communication with marketing managers on deliverables
Own branding oversight across marketing channels
Provide design and branding strategy to the marketing team
Good to have skills
8 to 12 years of Experience in graphic designing
Prefer from IT/software services industry
Qualifications
Any Graduate with Bachelor of Arts or Master of Arts
Additional Information
Good to have Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to do client interactions.
Web and UX design experience to assist with minor changes on the brand’s website
HTML, CSS skills
