Full Job Description
The scope of work will include, though not restricted to:Monthly Staff Payroll Processing including payment of PF, ESIC, Profession Tax etc on due date.Book Keeping and Record Maintenance of all the business and financial transactions of the company including its associate and subsidiary company, to track cash inflows and outflows, expenses, payments, incomes and gains, etc.Preparation of Financial Statement like Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Trial Balance, creditor list etc.Handling GST and Statutory Audit.Analyzing and Interpreting Important Financial Information to prevent unnecessary spending and avoid capital losses.Compliance with Legal and statutory aspects of maintaining financial data and its filing with the relevant authority like P.F., ESIC, STPI, RBI, GST, Income Tax Dept. etc.Preparation of Monthly Budgeting and its reporting to the management.Tax Planning and Returns Filing (including of management) with Income Tax & GST Authorities including ITR, TDS, GSTR-3B, GSTR 1 etc.Co-coordinating and laisioning with Banks, staff and other institutions related with the business of the company.Candidate should be willing to travel to Office in the initial days to understand the job & work in detail.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CA-Inter (Preferred)Work Remotely:Yes
