About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Update SOPs & policy documents 2. Manage employees KYCs 3. Carry out statutory registrations, compliance, and filings 4. Assess and recommend employee training needs 5. Develop the training curriculum 6. Post regular job openings and conduct recruitment drives 7. Screen resumes and conduct interviews 8. Conduct new employee induction training 9. Conduct employee performance assessments 10. Verify daily timesheets and reports 11. Maintain employees’ attendance records, leaves, statutory holidays, etc. 12. Verify and recommend employee claims for approval 13. Work on employee leave approvals 14. Handle exit interviews 15. Develop and maintain friendly, productive and loyal atmosphere in the office 16. Develop unique employee recognition programs as per the functional areas Note: All the above tasks are to be carried out by 5 members.
